At ChocOneill we pride ourselves in our fresh Chocolates.  All our chocolate is tempered by hand, our chocolates each dipped individually, giving the perfect shine and snap expected from handmade chocolate.  From Irish honey produced in Dunlavin Co. Wicklow to the tropical passion fruits, fresh local (seasonal) Rasperries to the finest Mexican Tequila, we use the best ingredients to deliver outstanding chocolates which will leave you delighted.     As each of our chocolates are fresh and have a shorter shelf life due to fresh & seasonal ingredients and the fact that we do not use any added fats or preservatives, not everything will always be in stock.         We have some fantastic new chocolates, and are updating our range of Fresh ChocOneill Truffles, Pralines and more.  If there is something you would like to have, or have had before and you do not see it please do contact us.  Usually we can have pretty much anything made within two weeks if the ingredients are in season/available.
We now have Single Origin, Single Bean(Criollo, Trinitario and Forastero) and Single Plantation Plain Chocolate in Stock.  These are really fantastic chocolates and we look forward to sharing the experience with you.   We are a member of Good Food Ireland and  accredited by the Guild of Fine Food in the U.K.  Our range is constantly changing by the season!  Constantly Fresh!    What do they say?
